TURA Sports is a quality manufacturer of bespoke teamwear.
Founded 2004, in Australia, TURA Sports now boasts head offices in New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. We believe our success lies in our ability build and maintain strong partnerships and in exceeding modern athletes expectations of performance apparel in the following key area’s:

Our team is dedicated to helping you quickly and efficiently, just call or email and we will tend to you requirements.
We have created a innovative, user-friendly online portal designed to allow our customers to track and monitor the production of their orders in real time.
By simply logging in to your online account you can check the progress of your orders, browse through your job and invoice history, upload logo’s, view and approve artwork or track the courier delivery of your parcel with minimal hassle.

MINIMUMS
We have some of the lowest minimums in the industry, just 10 pieces per style.

FLEXIBLE DESIGN

Select one of our STUDIODesigns or CREATEYourOWN.
Choose from our range of STUDIODesigns, select your colourway from our sublimation palette and personalise with your club logo for a simple, cost effective way to individualise your club or team. Alternatively you can work with our in-house design team to CREATEYourOWN unique look, with unlimited colours, logo’s and design you can be sure to stand out from the crowd.

DELIVERY
We deliver within 6 weeks of your artwork approval and order placement, every time!
In fact we regularly deliver before then. We also offer an additional EXPRESSService with 3 weeks delivery.

QUALITY
We source and develop high quality technically advanced performance textiles, our sublimation printers are the latest available, our manufactures and designers are some of the best the industry has to offer. We have these high standards to constantly provide you wit quality products.
As a testament to our quality we offer a 12 MONTH MANUFACTURES GUARANTEE on all our sportswear.

Our pricing is some of the best on the market. We are able to offer high quality performance apparel at a great price because we:
Manufacture directly from our own plants in Thailand & China which means no middle men or agents.
Source all of our fabrics direct from the mills saving between 50 – 70% on material costs.
Complete all designing, patterns & sampling in-house.

TURA Sports put a substantial amount of funding directly back into the community. We currently sponsor a number of different teams at Local, National and International levels and are dedicated to supporting local athletes into achieving their goals.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Our elite performance sporting apparel is sublimated. This technically advanced waterless printing process ensures NO CRACKING, FADING or PEELING and has virtually no design, logo or colour restrictions. At TURA Sports our commitment is to provide you with a quality garment, to help us achieve this goal we request all logos are provided in vector format.

WHAT ARE VECTOR LOGO’S?
Computer graphics are created in 2 different formats: VECTOR or BITMAP (Rasta).
Vector art images can be easily enlarged without distorting the image, however; as bitmap art is made up of pixels it becomes jagged (pixilated) when enlarged and is there fore unsuitable for printing at large scale.

ACCEPTABLE FORMATS
Acceptable formats are: EPS, AI, CDR & PDF files.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Photoshop and images of the web are not suitable for reproducing artwork correctly.
If you don’t have your logo in vector format we are able to redraw it for an additional fee.

ORDER PROCESS

1. SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST
Email or phone us with your ORDEROverview, use our look book to get an idea of what you may order in terms of garment styles and quantities so we can arrange you a quote.

2. QUOTATION ACCEPTANCE
Upon your acceptance of our quotation we will set you up with an online account. You will receive a username and password. LOGIN at the address provided and begin uploading your info.
What do you need to upload?
STUDIODesigns – design code & colour way.
CREATEYourOWN – design ideas/concepts. Design files., Suitable Logo’s. & Written design instructions.

3. ARTWORK APPROVAL
You will receive an email within 3 days after uploading design requirements asking you to LOGIN and check your designs. You can view your proofs and submit any changes online. Once you are happy with the designs you can also APPROVE them online.

4. OFFICIAL ORDER
You can download our order forms from our website or in your online account. Once you have filled out the details simply re upload online or email it to us. An invoice based on your order will be emailed and uploaded to the online portal. Before we begin production we require a 50% deposit.

5. FINAL PAYMENT
Approximately 4 weeks later you will receive a balance invoice from our office, the total of your order less deposit you have paid is now due before we ship. We accept payments via direct deposit, credit card and cheque. Once balance has cleared we will release your goods.

6. DELIVERY
No later than six weeks after you approve your designs and submit order your custom made teamwear will be ready to go. We will send you a dispatch email notification with a con note number so you can track your parcel. We all ways enjoy hearing back from our customers so send us some pic’s and tell us about your kits, feedback is gladly accepted. You can also post it on our Facebook page facebook.com/turasports.
